José Aguado

José is a partner at the firm. He graduated from the University of Lima in 2006 and has over 15 years of experience in the fields of civil procedural law, constitutional procedural law, administrative procedural law, civil law, and arbitration.

He completed her Master's degree in Public Service Regulation, Law and Regulation at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. She has also completed a Diploma in Arbitration at Austral University – Argentina.
He is a member of the Lima Bar Association. He has also been an adjunct professor of various procedural law courses at the University of Lima and the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.

Milo Ruiz

Milo is a Partner at the Firm. He is a lawyer with outstanding distinction from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (2013) and has more than 10 years of experience in the field of civil procedural law, constitutional procedural law, administrative procedural law, civil law and arbitrations.

He is a member of the Lima Bar Association and a member of the Spanish Arbitration Club. He is a professor of civil law at San Martin de Porres University and has written numerous articles on civil law, arbitration, and procedural law, which have been published in specialized journals and books on the subject.

Rolando del Águila Ramírez

Nicole López Noriega

She is a lawyer, having graduated from the University of San Martín de Porres in 2020, and specializes in civil procedural law, constitutional procedural law, administrative procedural law, civil law, and arbitration. She is also a member of the Lima Bar Association and has written several articles on civil and procedural law, which have been published in specialized journals and books on the subject.

Hans Alva Alvarado

He is a lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru with a second specialization in Procedural Law from the same institution.
He has experience in arbitration and judicial litigation on administrative, environmental, contractual, constitutional, corporate, energy, mining, civil liability and inheritance law matters; as well as in the negotiation and design of contractual schemes.
Currently, he is a student in the Master's program in Civil and Commercial Law at the National University of San Marcos.

Mariana Gandolfo Llontop
